The staff here are super attentive and the pool is awesome! 🏊♂️ the rooms are really peaceful and spotlessly clean, plus the beds are like sleeping on a cloud. the location is prime, just 2 miles from some must-see attractions.

The hotel's location is perfect, with great views of the mountain ranges. The natural thermal pool and swimming pool are fantastic, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The customer service from the staff is exceptional, with helpful tips and advice. The hotel manager even arranged a private car to the airport at 4am and prepared breakfast for me.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

We had an amazing time at the Hierapark Thermal & Spa hotel. the service level was excellent, and Yunus at the reception went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. the facilities were brilliant, with both indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and the thermal water was very good. the views from the hotel were some of the best in Karahayit. the rooms were spacious and cozy, with comfortable beds and a nice balcony overlooking the pool. The hotel was also conveniently located, just 2 km from the North gate to Pamukkale. Cons: Nothing, it was perfect! 👍.

the location was serene, with stunning views from the big balcony. the room was immaculate, well-appointed and comfortable. We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor hot springs, and the superb pool. the spa treatments were excellent coupled with the great hammam, sauna, and gym facilities. the breakfast buffet was delicious, and the staff was courteous and helpful. We highly recommend visiting the village's public springs.
The hotel can improve on the vegetarian meal option during the set menu meals as their chefs are great, but their veggie options are unimaginative.

The service at this hotel was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff members, like Veli and Yunus, who went out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. They were always available to answer any questions and help with any needs that arose. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a balcony that offered magnificent views. The hotel also offered a range of amenities, including an open-air hot thermal pool, sauna, and indoor pool, all of which were well-maintained and of great quality. The Turkish bath was a personal favorite, providing a truly relaxing experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel with its wonderful hot spring pools that we enjoyed all to ourselves for three whole days. The outdoor thermal pool was particularly amazing, while the indoor swimming and thermal pools were also great. We also loved the comfortable and clean room with a lovely balcony that overlooked the pool, and the fact that the hotel was near a vibrant market street. The staff, in particular Veli at the reception desk, were very helpful and made our stay even better.
Nothing to be said.

Great thermal pools and massages, and the view over the mountains was lovely. The hotel is near attractions and has plenty of parking.
The staff barely spoke English and couldn't help me with anything. The food was okay but repetitive, and the hotel is in a village with limited transportation options.
